Dear Yimutology Members,
各位同學:
There is no fustian to describe your support to the unfortunate brothers and
sisters in Si-Chuan; whereas, I am deeply moved by your vehement donation
and your willingness to aggregate our contributions into one --the School of
Yimutology!
Since we are still in the process of 501-C3, with some constraints due to tax laws,
we are not ready to collect donations and distribute them by ourselves. Thus,
with the help from Raymond, our donation of $2050.00 has been paid to the
Earthquake Relief Fund through “Ta Kioh Buddhist Temple”. This is a small
token of our regards to the victims of Si-Chuan, but it is a first step for those in
need.
As the president of the Club, I am proud of your action in this matter!
一時找不到合適的言詞來多謝你們對四川同胞的支持, 同時亦感謝各同學的熱誠以「易
舍」的名義來顯示我們的齊心及理想﹗從中國同胞合力抗災的精神﹐成為易舍合作互勉
的借鏡!
因“易舍”規模仍小及有稅務限制﹐故未能以「易舍」的名義作捐贈。幸得 Raymond 幫
助﹔把我們的 $2050.00 捐贈到“大覺蓮社”的賑災基金。登高必自卑,行遠必自邇﹔我們
只稍盡綿力而矣﹗
作為「易舍」的現屆主席﹐我亦不禁韜你們的光﹗
